Hotel Kosmos
This family park in the south of Belgium got abandoned in 2002. The hotel and swimming pool were famous recreation places in the 1980’s.
In 1889 the first touristy place was build, a watch-tower on top of a hill in the area. The tower is rebuild after WWII within it was destroyed. In 1934 on another hill the hotel Kosmos was build to attract more tourists. Later an open air swimming pool is opened at the same hill.
