Finally after 2 years of Covid virus and event cancellations we had this amazing event again from May 19 to May 22th in Oostende and it was wonderful!
This is called : Oostende voor Anker.
More than 150 ships participated with this event like the following Three masted sailing ships : Artemis, Le Francais, De Belem, Gulden Leeuw.
Here you see my little humble collection of this event taken in HDR with my Nikon D5000 and new Sigma Wide angle for optimal light and color (as the eye sees it).
Hopefully next year i will be able to photograph them with sails up, as normally the coast is always windy, but during this event it was not :-)
